P & C slumped to defeat against third placed Havering on Saturday.

Havering batted first and lost early wickets on a wet pitch as Danny Freeman took a career best 6 for 62. However, Andy Lazenby (72) prospered on a small ground and boosted the Havering score to 182 for 9.

In reply, Peter Thompson (35) and Laurie Perry (39) kept P & C in the hunt but they lost wickets at regular intervals and ended 26 runs short of their target.
